1. Nature of the Service
- My work through the Akashic Records is spiritual, supportive, and transformative in nature.
- When conducting any holistic healing work, I encourage each person to practice self-care and self-healing safely.
- This service is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you require such support, please consult a relevant professional.
- By booking, you acknowledge that any action taken based on guidance is your own responsibility.
2. Booking & Payment
- By booking a session, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and have the mental capacity to engage with Akashic Ayalah’s services.
- To book a session, please use the contact form on the website. After submitting your request, I will confirm the booking time and payment details via email.
- Details of Services and Pricing are available on the website.
- Payment is required to confirm your session. Payments are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact details when contacting me.
⚠️ Note: Time zone differences are your responsibility. Please ensure your booking time matches the scheduled time.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform me as soon as possible.
- With more than 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your session or request a refund.
- With less than 24 hours’ notice, a partial refund (50%) may be offered at my discretion.
- If you do not attend your session (“no-show”), the session is considered completed and no refund will be issued.
- All refunds, if any, will be processed using the original payment method.
4. Responsibilities
- I am responsible for attending the session on time.
- You must use a secure internet connection and a device capable of supporting online sessions.
- If technical issues arise on my side, we will reschedule at no extra cost.
- You must ensure your privacy and confidentiality during sessions.
5. Confidentiality & Respect
- Everything shared in your session is held in strict confidentiality.
- You consent to maintain the privacy of the session and any shared insights.
- I ask that you show up with an open heart and respect for the sacred space we co-create.
6. Recording of Sessions
- Sessions conducted via Zoom may be recorded for your personal use and to maintain session notes.
- By booking a session, you consent to the recording of your session.
- Recorded sessions are confidential and for your personal use only. Sharing or distributing recordings without prior written consent is prohibited.
- Recordings are stored securely and may be deleted upon request.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on the website, including recorded sessions, written guides, images, videos, and courses, is the intellectual property of Akashic Ayalah and is for your personal use only.
- You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without prior written permission.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
- We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
- Recorded sessions are considered part of your personal data and are handled securely.

- We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control (internet outages, software errors, power cuts).
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
- Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
