Nature of the Service<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>My work through the Akashic Records is spiritual, supportive, and transformative in nature.<\/li>\n<li>When conducting any holistic healing work, I encourage each person to practice self-care and self-healing safely.<\/li>\n<li>This service is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you require such support, please consult a relevant professional.<\/li>\n<li>By booking, you acknowledge that any action taken based on guidance is your own responsibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Booking &amp; Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>By booking a session, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and have the mental capacity to engage with Akashic Ayalah\u2019s services.<\/li>\n<li>To book a session, please use the contact form on the website. After submitting your request, I will confirm the booking time and payment details via email.<\/li>\n<li>Details of Services and Pricing are available on the website.<\/li>\n<li>Payment is required to confirm your session. Payments are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.<\/li>\n<li>You are responsible for providing accurate contact details when contacting me.<br \/>\n\u26a0\ufe0f Note: Time zone differences are your responsibility. Please ensure your booking time matches the scheduled time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Cancellations &amp; Rescheduling<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform me as soon as possible.<\/li>\n<li>With more than 24 hours\u2019 notice, you may reschedule your session or request a refund.<\/li>\n<li>With less than 24 hours\u2019 notice, a partial refund (50%) may be offered at my discretion.<\/li>\n<li>If you do not attend your session (\u201cno-show\u201d), the session is considered completed and no refund will be issued.<\/li>\n<li>All refunds, if any, will be processed using the original payment method.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I am responsible for attending the session on time.<\/li>\n<li>You must use a secure internet connection and a device capable of supporting online sessions.<\/li>\n<li>If technical issues arise on my side, we will reschedule at no extra cost.<\/li>\n<li>You must ensure your privacy and confidentiality during sessions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5. Confidentiality &amp; Respect<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Everything shared in your session is held in strict confidentiality.<\/li>\n<li>You consent to maintain the privacy of the session and any shared insights.<\/li>\n<li>I ask that you show up with an open heart and respect for the sacred space we co-create.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6. Recording of Sessions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sessions conducted via Zoom may be recorded for your personal use and to maintain session notes.<\/li>\n<li>By booking a session, you consent to the recording of your session.<\/li>\n<li>Recorded sessions are confidential and for your personal use only. Sharing or distributing recordings without prior written consent is prohibited.<\/li>\n<li>Recordings are stored securely and may be deleted upon request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>7. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All content on the website, including recorded sessions, written guides, images, videos, and courses, is the intellectual property of Akashic Ayalah and is for your personal use only.<\/li>\n<li>You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without prior written permission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>8. Privacy and Data Protection<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.<\/li>\n<li>By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.<\/li>\n<li>Recorded sessions are considered part of your personal data and are handled securely.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>9. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akashic Ayalah shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services.<\/li>\n<li>We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control (internet outages, software errors, power cuts).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.<\/li>\n<li>Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>11.
